I was searching the net today in search of other pastry
chefs to write to and even went into Delores' Web page
found in the wilton section if you hit the search engine.
I asked her if there was a club of dessert chefs I could
write to or how do I start one myself? I clicked into some
homepages that her homepage listed as favorites and here
you are writing :"where have all the Pastry Chefs gone?"
Here I am....others are hiding I'm sure. Please write to
