Cake-dusting templates

I have designed a number of templates for decorating cakes with dry ingredients such as cocoa or colored sugar crystals, etc. by dusting an iced cake through the patttern in the templates. The templates are made of pliable, washable plastic sheets. (Food-safe)
I would like to hear any comments about this idea. Is it something that you feel would be a viable item to produce and market? Any comments appreciated.
