: would like to here from other pastry people out there.

My husband Michael is a pastry chef/baker. Pastry work is what he prefers and what he hopes his customers will enjoy learning about. Too many people have been brainwashed by the grocery store"bakeries" to even understand the wonder of French pastry. We have been open for 3 years and are getting a great response to our product........We keep hope alive!
