I'm not sure if you're asking a rhetorical question to increase our awareness, or if you have a retail establishment, or if you are referring to a retail place that you've visited. Which is it? Anyway, for myself, I prefer a sparkling clean front area but have sometimes ordered from an establishment where the front is cleaner than the preparation area. In those cases I found myself wishing the quality of the back room matched the front. And if the products are lacking in quality under any circumstance I'll rarely be a repeat customer. So why did you ask?
