Hi Anne,

Sorry its I took so long to post. Very busy lately.
Philippines eh! What kind of bread do you bake there?

We bake old world hearth breads. 20 different variets. We sell wholesale mostly, but have two retail outlets.
I've been baking with starters for 5 years at this place, plus a few years on my own (Home).

While I love bread, my duties at the bakery have changed to pastry. Mostly cookies, muffins and some tarts.
So I've been pulled off the bread production and put there. I really don't mind. Actually, its been a nice change.
If you don't mind let me know a little about the place you work at. I don't aften talk to bread bakers from the Philippines.
