: do you know any french asian dessert recepies ?

Fruit filled Wontons or Potstickers are nice. Especially with flavorful applefilling (Gravenstein, Braeburn, Fuji) or plum (lots of juice), Ginger, Tamarind, Sugar, even a little 5Spice. Steam, fry or cook like potstickers.
Good sauces are:
Caramel
5 lbs Sugar + water necessary to make medium Caramel (no crystals)
16 ounces unsalted Butter, Drop in when Caramel is almost ready
2 quarts Heavy Cream, add when butter is melted and has browned
Use a high pot or the whole affair will boil over after the cream is added

Vanilla Sauce, standard Anglaise with Vanilla Bean.

Caramelized ginger julienne will provide some additional interest.
Sincerely,
HWK, CMC
