Fruit filled Wontons or Potstickers are nice. Especially with flavorful applefilling (Gravenstein, Braeburn, Fuji) or plum (lots of juice), Ginger, Tamarind, Sugar, even a little 5Spice. Steam, fry or cook like potstickers. Vanilla Sauce, standard Anglaise with Vanilla Bean. Caramelized ginger julienne will provide some additional interest.
