I'm looking for some recipes that a friend of mine really likes, and I want to make for her for Christmas without her knowing. I could get the recipes from her, and I might try if this doesn't work, but I thought I would try this first so it was a surprise.

Does anyone have recipes for Lemon Whippersnappers, Butter Creams, or Pecan Shortbread?
