Evaluate what ? a photograph, I don't doubt the authenticity of my product but what "some" of the crap posted here, if thats criteria you'd be skimming half the mssgs off, you're probably wondering what I mean by crap and thats the point. Who's to say?
A certified chef says it should be done this way but many (most) wildly sucessful restaurants throw tradition out the window, whether its actually good or not is debateable but they are financially sucessful and who wouldn't want to network with what "works". A photo really speaks for itself, its where we really fish or cut bait. In reality I'm sure it'll just sort itself out like the rest of your pages...good job btw.
