Hello, I;m a pastry chef looking for a recipe for chocolate fugde
I have had exteramly bad luck finding a good recipe for Fugde.
All the recipes I have stumbed across are very housewife and will not work..Or they or not made the Boiled sugar method...

Keep on making the best darn pastry ever.
