Personally I don't find any sin in having an ego, its normal. I also beleive arrogance is fine if you can back it up, seems to be some folks apologise for their own success, we're just having fun, at least I am. : : My favourite saying was coined by Israel Prime Minister Golda Meir " don't be humble, you're not that great". : Relax Gerard, we love you. Can't say I've even seen real fruitcake here, if the English version is authentic then the two are nowhere near each other, to me neither should be eaten. Better to drill a hole . place a length of string and hang from the nearest tree for sparrows. I've got an idea to write a book about food critics in America, seems to me there is quite a few wankers in the bunch who need exposing, some I've met are fine but others need airing out.
