: I highly recommend chiffon cakes. they are not meant to have dairy so they won't taste lacking. They are nice and moist and have lots of flavours.Try 7 minute type frosting.Try the kind made with currant jelly or honey for sweetness. Write back is you are still having problems.

P.S. Both of my children needed to be dairy free for years I've made everything.
