Tom, how do you know what most women chefs think?
Most women don't know what most women think.
I wouldn't argue that home recipes are good, we can't compete with no cost control in bakeries.
But this IS a pro site and thats common vernacular. People who take offense to this and that don't last in thius biz, or they become marginal players in a closed circle of like minded 'victims'.
I have seen it often over the years.
