Re: Opening a bakery business--can I do it alone? How do I start?Posted by Enigma on May 11, 1998 at 21:18:01: In Reply to: Re: Opening a bakery business--can I do it alone? How do I start? posted by Gerard on May 11, 1998 at 20:59:55:
I have actually done this cookie business thing a couple of years ago while still in college, so I pretty much know how it goes in terms of production and cost control. However I want to enter a larger field this time. I did try to get to spend my externship at Tom's Cookies here in San Francisco, but they seemed too busy to deal with me, much less take time to teach me anything. So I've decided to spend it at this famous pastry shop in Berkeley.
