I got this recipe from a Betty Bossi book, but when I make the croissants they come out like buns, I think it's in the preparation.
500g of Flour Then knead everything except Epifin and butter, leave in a warm place for 60 min Could someone please explain to me how to make croissants because I tried this and it did not work! Thanks
