: Add Chilled shots of Espresso (as many as needed) into your CHILLED mouse. Do this very slowly and let it set up again in the refrig. The flavor is only as good as the espresso.
: You can even buy shots to go from your local coffee shop if your not equiped at home..
: Stay away from the "flavored mixes".

How would that differ from pouring the expresso over the chocolate at the beginning of making the mousse?
