SOunds like its mutating into a bavarian now,!
heres what I was really trying to get at, we make our own yoghurt
which we sell with a pure' of strawbs on top in clear plastic cups w/ lid. I am thinking of cappucino yogurt, the base is easy its the foam top I'm trying to come up with. WHipped cream seems to be the only one I can think of but know there'll be resistance due to the fat content. Can you think of any alternative ?
