Thanks for your info. I've had a small restaurant 10 years ago and did some catering and have been teaching cooking for the past 4 years, but now with my kids at an age where I could start to work again I've ben debating wether to open up homebase catering at my house or a cafe in town. I thought the cafe would be harder because of the overhead and the inconvinience of not being at home but maybe not....I 'll have to research a little further maybe it's not as convinient as I thought. Thanks for replying and I know I'll have more questions in the future. Jan
