I am a single mother that would like to start my own business out of my home in catering. I do not have much to start with, but i have the knowledge of cooking and preparing meals. I enjoy trying new recipes. I love to prepare finger foods and even meals for my friends and family. I just want to know how to start it up and get going. If there are any basics that i should go by i would appreciate the info that you would have.
