Employment as a "private" chef in San Diego area

I just exited the military after 12 wonderfull years. Much of that time was spent as a "private chef/personal traveling valet", and would like to continue in that line of work in the San Diego,CA area. Does anybody have information that can help me out with either contacts to others in that field or names of agencies that place private chefs?
