RecipesPosted by Mindy Nussbaum on January 26, 1999 at 18:15:39:
I am about to leave my current Pastry Chef position where I developed the entire menu, mostly consisting of recipes which I created prior to my position. What is the etiquette on leaving recipes behind? I feel if I developed the recipe while at this position they are the property of the cafe, while things I brought with me are not my obligation to leave behind. Your opinions/experiences would be greatly appreciated.
