Please help!! Our local Community College is in the beginning stages of building a new student service center. The plans include a new cafeteria area. Right now we are serving about 300 students a day (enrollment is 2200) because we only have a very small area for our students to eat. I desperately need help in setting up a new food service program. I need advice on software packages, menu ideas, student worker training, the whole ball of wax.
