Hi!
I am a chef from India and am interested to know about food styling, what it means, books if any, literature on the web on different aspects of food styling as this art is pretty new to our country.I am basically looking for concrete information on food styling and not for portfolios of professional food stylists or excerpts of courses which say nothing on the screen.

Please help me find some relevent information!!!!
