There is a good book written by John F. Carafoli titled "Food Photograghy and Stlying" which should be helpful to you. There is link to it on my web page. The food on film seminar in May would be an excellent place to obtain hands on info and a good place to network. Of course one secret is a good realtionship with a good food stylist!
