I will be visiting the USA in mid August, and would
like to know which short cooking classes are availbale,
either by the Cordon Bleu or Escoffier. I would like
to either attend a few daily course, or a 1 week
program.
Please try to provide me with details classes/e-mail
contacts and cost.
