Yes, I have a dream. For sanity's sake, you have to if you've spent years in the high-tech industry. :)
Currently living in Ottawa and have dreamt of educating myself in
culinary arts for some time now. Cordon Bleu has
a location right here, and I'm interested in pursuing
the Grand Diplome whole-heartedly. Any opinions on
the Cordon Bleu & benefits of having Grand Diplome (as opposed to college program)
would be greatly appreciated.
