I've made my decision. I am going to the Western Culinary Institute to become a pastry chef! Now that I've made my decision I'm looking for other pastry chef's to correspond with because I have a million questions that I can ask. Is there anyone out there willing to give advice to help out a newbie. Please email me because I would like to know any and everything that I possibly can!
