This program is also known as the John Folse Culinary Institute. I cannot tell you a thing about the program but I can tell you about John Folse. Chef Folse is one of the brightest culinary and foodservice marketing minds of our time. I have worked with Chef Folse personally on an educational project. He is known world wide and any program with his name on it would tell me it is a quality program. If you want more information on the program I suggest you contact Chef John Folse's website. Just keyword Folse on a search engine- you'll find it.
