Help! Internship disaster

I need advise ASAP on getting out of an internship in Sun Valley, Idaho. Problem: after several months at New England Culinary Institute, I was selected and placed in Sun Valley. Now after two months I have been physically threatened by one of the members of the staff who I was placed to room with. And have done nothing more than Scrambling Eggs. I know I need to go up the ladder, but with 10 years experience scrambled eggs are not a challenge. Has anyone experienced an internship transfer without damaging their record of work??? Help please.
