I attended the school and it was a great experience.
It's hard work and has very demanding hours. Be prepared to be
up all night trying to get projects done in time. The chef
instructors are very knowledgable and great to work with.
I'm proud to say that I attended and graduated from the school.
Anyone interested in learning the basics of cooking, as well
as the intricacies of fine dining should definitely consider this
school. It is geared towards pointing the apprentice to owning
and operating their own restaurant. All aspects of the restaurant
are dealt with: front/back of house, accounting, gastronomy etc.
A great school with an amazing reputation. 100%
