Hi, I have been to the Phils 3 times, my wife is from Cebu and its HOT!!, I don't know how the bakers survive there, I thought of moving my bakery to Manila but the climate is frightening.
It sounds like you're well down the road to a food career, not surprising as I found most people there to be industrious entrepreneurs. I don't know anything about schools as I only did an apprenticeship, just wanted to say hi!
