No such thing, culinary polytechnical colleges are what they are often called. Schools don't turn out chefs.
You'll be looking to get a city and guilds diploma after 2 yrs and this will give you a good basic technical knowledge.

They probably have their share of cordon bleu type schools but for professional acreditation I think the colleges are better.
I suppose a LOT depends how much experience you have going in.
