I am interested in pursuing a professional career in culinary arts. I currently hold a bachelor of arts (English/Folklore (Traditional Foodways) and a Bachelor of Education degrees. I want to continue in this vain of study--mostly academic. I want to have a very solid practical education as well as one that will prepare me for a publishing and critical writing career. I live in Canada and the closes school to me is Le Cordon Bleu. I know the schools in Paris and London have the most incredible reputations for excellence but has anyone heard anything about the one in Ottawa? I want the best education possible and I am willing to travel outside Canada to attend a school that will prepare me for my chosen career. I hope someone can help me. Thank you Sincerely, Elizabeth.
