hi all i am a former clown and want a change of carrers, i want to
be a personal cook/chef or do the cutsey stuff at banquets like apple bird and showie stuf. i know i do need schooling. an i better of at a cullinary collige or a private school, a school like the art institute or vocational training?
any help is appreciated
