Ok Where are you coming from??? I also at your age wanted to "be a chef". You are in for a big suprise.. my opinion, go to the ranch find a rancher and marry him,have 5 kids raise animals,FORGET the Chef thing bad idea!! Do the chic thing, go to those classes that claim to be a 2 week mini and have fun!!! save your money, get a pool an airplane go see things do anything but "be a chef". Hey HIRE one and learn from them. This will save you alot of money,time, possibly a marriage, and loads of harassment and heartaches, BELIEVE ME>> LHC.
