At some time all people do bad things or to put it another way they make poor choices. Sometimes they just seem bad when someone else sees it from ther own prespective. Other times they are just wrong. If it is something illeagle the you should push it to the hilt and stick up for your rights, that is the only way change happens.
I think we have all had bad bosses. People who weren't fair with us or were just unethical. Women have it harder. I don't think its right but thats the fact. No group in power will ever say to themselves "Boy weve been running things for to long lets let someone else do it." It just doesn't happen. Crying and whining "its not fair" won't change a thing.
If you get knocked down Take responsiblity for your own actions and move on.
