Help from a chefPosted by Stephen Minton on April 15, 1997 at 00:11:30: I was taught by a chef that told me it was my responsibility to pass on my knowledge and experience to those who wanted it. He did it for me and I believe I should do also. What I would like to offer is the opportunity to ask someone that has been in the business for 20 yr, a CWC, successful restauranteur and a new part-owner of a brewpub.
