I am an assistant baker at a restaurant. Every item on
our menu come with sourdough bread. It's my job to
bake all the bread needed for the week. I have some
questions about baking the bread that the head baker
and head cook cannot answer. I basically want to know
about how weather effects the rising of the bread and
any hints and tips anyone may have.
