It is impossible to judge any Culinary Program by 1 or even a handful of graduates.

A student only can get out what they put in, garbage in, garbage out.

Find out if the program is certified, who the staff is, what the facilities are etc.

IMHO Even the CIA has given diplomas to folks that couldn't find an onion in a 50 lb bag.
