kitchens I worked in.
Business might be usefull depending what you're aiming to be.
Also depends what culinary course you take, if you spend 4 yrs and thousands of dollars, make that tens of thousands I hope you end up with more than cooking degrees.
School can't teach skill, theres only one thing of value in a kitchen and it has little to do with a degree.
