I am looking for someome who is willing to take on
an apprentice in SW Illinois near St. Louis Missouri.
I'm a quick learner and hard worker. I have three
years experience in a kitchen (not fast food but not
exactly a fine restaurant either). I have a strong
desire to learn the culinary trade. If anyone
