i want to learn more about becoming a chef even though i am only fourteen years of age : I currently live in the Philippines and is very instrested in becoming a chef one day. Problem is, I am currently working and enjoying it as well. : I have always enjoyed cooking and in fact has started a home based business selling my baked goods. : All my friends say I have talent but I am not sure if I want to be chef as a profession or as a hobby. Would any of you have some advice for me? : For me to enter culinary school, I will have to relocate for a while to the US (not a problem for me anyway). If this is so, how much leeway do I have in applying to the culinary academies? : Hope to here from any wise soul. : Thanks.
