To All,
I am a junior in Hospitality Bus. at Michigan State
University. Next May I will be recieving my BA and
plan on attending a Culinary School. I am confused
about which school to apply to. My interests lie in
food with southern/island flair, such as Cuban, Haitian,
and Polynesian cuisine(even slight mexican,Tex-Mex, and
Cajun). What schools so I go about appling to for my
interests. Also, In general what are the "best"
schools to go to.
