Having reached the ripe age of 38 and feeling like if I'm going to do a U-turn from my present career the time is pretty much now... I've been entertaining the notion of attending a culinary school. So I'm starting with the basic questions: How much money can you make? How much education do you need? How's the job market? Am I completely nuts for even thinking about this after being a journalist all this time?
