Thanx for your second post. I'm glad you cleared that up and I admit, I see your point(S). I will definitely will keep this in mind. One last comment on my part: you spoke on the fact that you had someone interview for a job and she thought that wasnt the direction which she was willing to follow. My only question is:had this woman not had the experience you spoke of, would you have even considered hiring her? I would imagine culinary school and a few internships would be necessary just to get someone in the front door. I say this b/c there is no way someone would hire me at this point simply b/c in today's marketplace, most employers ask or demand someone that already has experience b/c they are not willing to devote time to training someone.
