Ihave a very good one which is very cake like.
3/4 cup sugar,1/4 cup butter or marg.,1 egg well beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat until creamy.
Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
Lightly fold in the blueberries and spoon into paper lined muffin tins Bake @ 375- 15-20 mins Makes about 12 muffins. Enjoy
