:Hi !! Ive walked in your shoes... I too, have taught for a 2 yr. college off campus in a minimum secuiry prison, it was a wonderful experience. I found being upfront, was always the best approach! after all, they should be trying to be honest at this point in thier lives, luckly, I came across alot of compassion, and understanding.
